As with any large church, there are many types of dress at any given service. You will fit in with casual to semi-formal dress.

Q: I have been attending Willingdon for awhile now. Where can I find out about membership and/or baptism?

You do not need to be a member to attend Willingdon Church – everyone is welcome! The Discovery Program is a great way to get connected in a small group setting. Sign up for Discovering The Church Family if you are interested in baptism or becoming a member.

Media Downloads

Q: What do I need to watch the services on-line?

All of our services are streamed using Windows Media Services. To watch these broadcasts you will need Windows Media Player and a high bandwidth internet connection. Our broadcasts are done at 256kbps and 512kbps. The player will automatically pick the stream that best suits your connection speed.

Q: How do I get the free music downloads?

All of our music downloads are listed at http://www.willingdon.org/services/music.asp.

Q: I have an iPod, can I listen to the sermons/music on it?

Yes. You can either download the MP3 files and load them into your iPod manually, or you can subscribe to one of our PodCast feeds using a program such as iTunes. The podcast feeds are listed at http://www.willingdon.org/lists.asp

Q: Can I watch the services on TV?

Unfortunately not at this time. We are researching the ability to broadcast through TVersity so that you can stream our videos directly to your TV Set-Top-Box.

Q: What videos are available for download?

Under the Weekend Services menu you will find our Sermons, Services and Productions. Every item that has the video symbol next to it is available for on-line viewing.

Q: The site looks different. What's changed?

Much has changed. The biggest change to the site is the way you can access our service and sermon archives. They are now grouped by date, series and type so that you can easily find the service you missed, or find a sermon on a particular topic.

Q: Where are the free downloads?

All of the free downloads are available under the Weekend Services menu. In addition to having a page that just lists the downloads, everything is now cross linked. If you are watching a video and like the song you can click the icon to download the mp3. Similarily, if you download an mp3 and like it, you can click the video icon to watch the song being performed.

Q: How do I use the menu?

Willingdon.org uses a multi-level menu because of the diverse quantity of information we share. Having everything accessible from the main page would make site navigation very difficult.

When you select an item from the menu, you will be brought to the corresponding page. The lower menu will also change to show you the other menu items related to your current page. This is to make browsing an area of Willingdon.org easier.

If you are on a page that does not have related pages, then the Popular Links submenu will be shown.

Q: Is there an overview of all the pages on this website?

Yes. Willingdon.org has a sitemap. The bottom left corner of every page contains a link to the sitemap or you can type in the following URL: http://www.willingdon.org/sitemap.asp

Q: Where do I report a broken link?

If you find a broken link, please e-mail the willingdon webmaster. The report will get directed to the person in charge of the related content.
