Willingdon Church
Kids Min Highlights
Spring Break Daycamp
For our second-ever MOVERS & MAKERS, Spring Break Daycamp for elementary school kids, we tried our hand at baking, art classes, dance, music, and even had a tennis instructor from our church conduct a tennis clinic. We were able to welcome 100 students for a week of fun.
Year-End Picnic
Our Year-End Picnic was a simple yet effective way to build community and enjoy fellowship. A collaboration beween Kids and Student Ministries, this picnic at Wesburn park was a very visible presence in our neighbourhood!
Imagine Ministry
There is a great opportunity to engage with families with special needs and exceptionalities thorugh Imagine Ministry. With an increasing awareness of diverse learning needs, many parents are seeking support as they teach and guide their children. Friday Night Out was re-introduced; a respite event for parents that helped bless and encourage them in their marriages. The Imagine Banquet was held in tandem with the matinee production of Willingdon's "A Christmas Carol",
which allowed families to experience the show in a less stimulating environment that was conducive to students with sensory issues. Families were thankful for the intentionality to be blessed in this way.

They have touched the kids' hearts and brought them lots of joy and fun together.
The sweet memories which started with PlaySpace on Tuesday after our landing in Canada will be kept in our hearts. Thank you again!"
