WSBM 281 Hebrews

Instructor: Dr. J. Bryan Born

This course will work through the book of Hebrews, highlighting Christ-centered theology and practical application for Christian life and mission. Hebrews was written to help a first-century Christian community in a time of crisis, equipping them to stay faithful as they faced suffering and persecution. This course will investigate the Old Testament themes and images the writer uses, and see how the writer connects the OT to the person and work of Jesus - and how that leads us to obedience and worship.
