If it’s your student’s first time and they don’t have a Church Center profile with us, please fill out the online registration form as well as a signed hard copy of the media release form (you can hand it in when you come to your first event!)

이미 교회 센터에 프로필이 있고 학생 정보가 변경되지 않은 재학생 가족인 경우, 이번 학년도에는 새로 서명된 미디어 릴리스 양식의 하드 카피만 있으면 됩니다!
