For students in grades 6-12
New Students
If it’s your student’s first time and they don’t have a Church Center profile with us, please fill out the online registration form as well as a signed hard copy of the media release form (you can hand it in when you come to your first event!)
Returning Students
If you’re a returning family who already has a profile in Church Center and none of your student’s information has changed, all we need from you is a new signed hard copy of the media release form for this school year!
If you need to update any contact information, please do so via Church Center.
