Terry G Mochar, President & CEO
Terry Mochar spent the last 23 years of his corporate career with Reckitt Benckiser plc, a FTSE 100 company in the UK with operations in over 60 countries, sales in 200 countries, revenues in excess of $14 billion and a market cap of $52 billion. During Mr. Mochar’s role as part of the Executive Group and Global Director of Business Development, he gave oversight to over $2.5 billion per year in global trade investment. In the last 10 years of his corporate career company revenues grew by +253%, operating profits by +529% and the share price increased by +455%. Mr. Mochar has co-authored several international publications focused on the development of voluntary standards for global commerce and assisting businesses to establish sustainable, standards based frameworks for operating. He currently serves on the Board of the International Justice Mission in Washington DC, is Chairman of the Fresnel Corporation and serves as a Director and CEO of Worldplay Communications. Mr. Mochar has served on the Executive Board of the Global Commerce Initiative in Brussels, as well as other corporate and non-profit boards in Europe and North America.
Mr. Mochar is known for his organization & leadership development abilities having restructured organizations in Canada, USA, South Africa, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, Poland, New Zealand and South Central Europe. Mr. Mochar has worked with both corporate and not-for-profit organizations assisting senior leaders on establishing vision, strategy, structure and operating models to create sustainable and productive organizations.
Most importantly, he is a devoted follower of Jesus Christ. He is married to Marina (33 years) and has four adult children and four grand children. He has long standing roots in the Christian & Missionary Alliance starting at Avenue Road Alliance in Toronto (Bayview Glen) and now part of the body of believers at Rockpointe Church in Calgary.
