I'm a retired Senior Manager, with 35 years experience in Information Technology. Roles include sales, writer, techie, instructor, and manager. God has blessed me with many wonderful jobs along the way and finished my career managing a talented team of 25 people supporting 3500 staff, tens of thousands of pieces of hardware and a managing an annual budget of $10M. I've had the opportunity to review a lot of resumes, interviewed a lot of people and seen what great and bad look like.
