Once again, our Willingdon Church family is looking to support 50 elementary students to attend the afternoon summer camps this July at Edmonds Community School. The cost for each student is $200 for the 3-week program which involves soccer skills and games as well as activities like electronics etc. This summer camp is run in partnership with TeamUp, a Christian non-profit organization supported by Trinity Western Athletes. As a church family, we are asking for Willingdon Church members to donate to this effort so we can raise the $10,000 necessary to send these underprivileged children to a camp in their community. Having the Trinity Western student athletes lead the program, alongside TeamUp staff, and Burnaby teachers (three of whom are from Willingdon), exposes these children to the Love of Christ in action. Please help us reach our goal and send 50 children to this summer camp by donating online.  Your support is appreciated.  Donations will be accepted until July 31, 2024.
