Come join us for a time of friendship, fellowship and brunch, as Pastor Vinh digs deeper into the Discipline of Friendship.

Friendship should be more like a submarine than a cruise ship!

We can treat friendship half-heartedly. As if all people are replaceable. Like a cruise ship, it is all casual with no real substance. We can be lazy when it comes to investing in friendships.
Friendships take time because roots don’t go down quickly. But without deep roots, our relationships cannot grow strong.

“This world is full of sorrow because it is full of sin. It is a dark place. It is a lonely place. It is a disappointing place. The brightest sunbeam in it is a friend. Friendship halves our troubles and doubles our joys.” - J.C. Ryle

Jesus did not live alone. But from eternity, he lived in perfect unity within the Trinity. He had friends while on earth and he is going to call all his friends home.
