The Sanctuary Course

How can a church become a sanctuary for those with mental health
challenges? This eight-session study guide explores key mental health
topics and examines meaningful ways to offer companionship, support
recovery, and promote wellbeing.

We offer the course at two locations:

8 weeks, Thursdays, starting Sept 19, 7pm–8:30pm, Austin Heights
8 weeks, Tuesdays, starting Sept 24, 7pm–8;30pm, Willingdon Church, room 3080
