TRANSPORTATION

Due to limited bus slots, we encourage anyone who is able to drive or join a carpool to do so. By carpooling, you and your carpool avail yourself of some savings and help ensure that others who aren’t able to drive or join a carpool can join us (newcomers to Willingdon Church/UNITE, international students, new immigrants, etc).

Key dates and times for carpool drivers (tentative):

• Meeting time at Whatcom Road food outlet: 6:30PM
• Leave Whatcom Road and drive to Stillwood: 7:15PM-8:00PM
• Arrive at Stillwood and settle in: 8:00PM-8:30PM

Key dates and times if taking a bus (tentative):

• Sign in window: 4:00PM-4:45PM at Willingdon Church
• Departure time from Willingdon Church: 5PM on October 4 at the latest
• Meeting time at Whatcom Road food outlet: 6:30PM
• Leave Whatcom Road and drive to Stillwood: 7:15PM-8:00PM
• Arrive at Stillwood and settle in: 8:00PM-8:30PM

Waivers provided by Stillwood Camp and Willingdon Church will be provided via email in the upcoming weeks with further instructions. These must be filled in and submitted in order to attend.

The packing list and full itinerary will be emailed closer to the day of the Fall Retreat.
