Ray Harms-Wiebe  

Lead Pastor
Columbia International University; Regent College

Pastor Ray and his wife, Judy served under MB Mission in Sao Paulo, Brazil for 18 years where they worked in the areas of university student ministry, church planting and leadership training.  Then, for 10 years, Pastor Ray worked out of the MB Mission International Office and served as the Global Program Team Leader, overseeing MB Mission's missionary training program and global church planting team.  Now Pastor Ray serves as Lead Pastor at Willingdon Church.
His passion is to know Jesus, preach the Word, equip and empower leaders, and see communities of faith birthed in Canada and around the World.

 


Mark Janzen  

 Team Leader for Student Ministries
 B.A. Columbia Bible College; M.A. Trinity Western Seminary

Pastor Mark has an enduring passion for shepherding young believers, having served for over 20 years as a pastor in youth ministry. All but 4 of those years he has served at Willingdon Church where he has given leadership and provided innovation to the entire youth program. He currently leads the Student Ministry team that consists of 3 different fellowship groups and up to 400 students each week.







Walter E. Patterson

Pastor for Care & Prayer Ministry
Columbia Bible Institute; Northwest Baptist Theological College; Acts Seminary

Pastor Walter and Chikako served as a Pastor/missionary at Yodobashi Church in Shinjuku, Tokyo Japan for 2 years in the early 90’s.  After returning back to Canada in 1994 they served  as a lead pastor at Megumi Baptist church a Japanese congregation in Vancouver before God led them to Willingdon church.  Pastor Walter started off as a pastor to our Japanese Language Ministry in 1996 of October.  In 2003 of April was hired as pastor of Care and Prayer assisting Pastor Ray Dueck as well as serving in our Japanese ministry.  Currently serving in Care and Prayer ministry focusing on those who are hurting in our community and with seniors of our church.  Pastor Walter and Chikako have three adult children, three dogs and a cat.
