The mission of Project Amazon is to take the Gospel of Jesus to the more than 35,000 Amazonian towns and villages that have no Bible believing church. These communities are homes to millions of Portuguese speaking people who have never heard a clear presentation of the Gospel. Jerry’s involvement in the ministry is the day to day accountability of the finances. This includes the donations coming from other countries, the offerings that come from our established churches, and the disbursement of these funds to the appropriate projects and bases. He is also involved with other administrative duties, assisting with the short term missionary teams, and participating in cell groups, discipleship and other church activities.
