Part Time Ministry Apprenticeship Program

The Ministry Apprenticeship (MAP) is a part-time, paid apprenticeship providing young adult leaders with an opportunity to explore their calling and gifting.

Part Time Ministry Apprenticeship

What is the Ministry Apprenticeship (MAP)?

The Ministry Apprentice will spend 8-12 months at Willingdon serving as a leader in one of our ministries and attending our core leadership classes. Attention will be given to developing theological foundations and ministry application skills within the local church context.

Who is MAP for?

This program is ideal for those who have graduated from high school and have an interest in exploring vocational ministry, are actively serving within the local church, and are wanting to develop their leadership abilities.

A MAP intern may be enrolled in a post-secondary institution while expanding their ministry experience by serving part time. The MAP intern could also attend WSBM classes and apply to receive Bible College credit for their classwork.
