Hard Decisions Made Easy
Sunday, June 7, 2015
Sometimes the decisions we have to make can be difficult because the options are cloudy and confused – it is difficult to know which is the better of the two choices. But sometimes those decisions really aren’t that difficult when the options are clearly compared side-by-side. That is what the Apostle Paul does now in Galatians 3:1–14. He takes two options – to receive God’s approval by faith or to try to earn God’s approval by works – compares them, side-by-side, and shows us from the Old Testament Scriptures that really, there is no question which option any sane person would choose, if they wanted to be right with God.
