Intro

Many things demand to sit as king in our lives. Passions and pursuits may lead us to dethrone Jesus, and distort our relationship with one another in the church. What does it look like to have an accurate (and humble) understanding of our role as followers of the King? And what do we do when we realize we’ve stolen His crown?

Questions for Reflection:

1. How have you stolen Jesus’ crown in your life? Where are you attempting to be king?

2. What promise of God do you need to trust so that you can reflect Jesus a little more in your life?

3. Ask for wisdom and invite the Holy Spirit to bring someone to mind with whom you need to reconcile.
