The Bible reveals to us a Father who is “rich in grace and mercy” and a Savior who “though He was rich became poor for us.” As we explore the depth of this message of freedom and reconciliation, our appropriate response is one of total “astonishment!” HOW can this message be true!? We have never seen or experienced this level of radical giving and generosity. In turn, our response, compelled by the Gospel, is to give our lives away, and to invest ourselves generously for Kingdom advance! Oh God, teach us to love as You love, to serve as You served us, and to give as YOU gave!
