Three Loves of a Growing Disciple
Sunday, October 22, 2017
Take a moment to look at the people around you. Imagine where they have been, where they have walked, what they have experienced. I imagine many of us feel like strangers in the world we live in. Some of us are the only disciples of Jesus at home; others feel alone at school or in the workplace. Some of us are experiencing the stress of new jobs; others have lost their jobs. Some of us experience the joy of new relationships; others the stress of strained relationships. Some have experienced inexpressible joy in the midst of suffering; others are traumatized by what they have seen. We live in the real world. How would Jesus counsel us today?
