All spiritual gifts are an expression of who Jesus is. And, the image of Jesus is reflected most completely when all members of the church family are walking in their spiritual gifting. Jesus specifically gifted the church with five leadership streams. They represent five ways of directing people to align their hearts with God’s purposes, of casting God’s vision for His people, and of motivating God’s people toward carrying on Jesus’ ministry.
