We expect much of the people in our lives. We can create pictures and ideas about them that may or may not be true. When they don’t live like we expect, we get disappointed, or worse. How do we see Jesus? What are our expectations for Him? And are those expectations accurate to who He really is?

Reflection Questions:

• What expectations do you have for Jesus? Is that who He really is?
• How do you need to submit yourself to the real Jesus this week?
• Confess and ask Jesus to lead you in truth and know Him more this week.
