God has given us a new identity. We are no longer slaves – we are God’s adopted children. This new identity comes with an inheritance.  Here are some key points:

• We have a new identity – children of God
• We get to serve as viceroys
• We have direct access to God, because He is our dad
• God’s Spirit dwells within us
• Suffering is part of our inheritance
