In my message today, I want to reflect upon our personal and collective response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the associated challenges it has created. Instead of whining and complaining, which has been my natural inclination at times, I believe there are important lessons to be gleaned from the past months. Near the end of last year, I experienced somewhat of a spiritual breakthrough. I had been tired and irritable much of the time, and then one day I sensed God inspiring me to flip my perspective. Instead of viewing COVID-19 as a curse sent to make my life miserable, could I view it as a learning and growth opportunity?
