Intro

All families have traditions, big and small. Normal families pass down cooking recipes and others pass down heirlooms but the truth is, from questionnaires to recipes, and even to heirlooms, it is the heart behind the tradition rather than the tradition itself.

In today’s passage, the focus is on the heart. It was something that deeply concerned Jesus and it is something we need to wrestle with.
